Well - being Questionnaire

The Mood Lifter's well-being questionnaire gives us a great indication what is not working in your life. We discover what we can work on and what we can improve. This questionnaire sets us up for the 10 weeks ahead.

Our first session where we take 30-45 minutes to go through your well-being questionnaire together. We create behavioural goals that you can implement straight away. We do NOT focus on fat loss goals. One of the most common goal is to start meditating.

Module 1: Routine & Mindset

How often do we feel overwhelmed because we have too much stuff to do? Or we feel guilty when we have free time and we are not utilising this free time? Sounds familiar? We are creating a routine that works for you! We are changing up our mindset by a grateful one by sharing our wins and gratitude with each other.

At Home Workout

Module 2: Motivation

Have you ever started the gym/ diet, but gave up after a few weeks because you lost motivation? 

If we cut you open (I know.. Graphic), we won't find motivation inside of you. But why do we feel more motivated on some days than others? We dive deep and discover your main drive with a fun exercise.

Module 3: Nutrition

You have probably tried some diets in your life. If you're like me, you've tried them all. We focus on creating freedom around food and making small changes in your diet. 

Fitness Ladies

Module 4: Life goals & confidence

You have 10 weeks with me. I don't want you to fall back in to your old ways of being. So.. I set you up. For life. This module we also focus on confidence. Whether that is body confidence or our personality.

Module 5: Self Care

One of my favourite modules of all. We focus A LOT on self care and looking after our physical and mental self.

Why? 

Nobody else will do it for us. We can't pour from an empty cup girlfriend. Towards the end of this program, you will be a self-love queen.
